For nearly two decades, John Renaud has been creating meticulous one-of-a-kind pieces for the stage, red carpet, private collectors, and TV and film. In the past few years, John has focused the atelier on more mindful techniques and processes, which include textile restoration, re-imagination, and even preservation, in addition to fiber innovation.

Working exclusively in New York City, John focuses on developing less-toxic methods of garment creation and textile dyeing and embellishment in house.

Known for his focus on sustainability, upcycling, and his craftsmanship with a variety of materials from silk to leather to recycled denim (and even an occasional box of thousands of discarded googly eyes), John and his work have been featured in numerous publications, including Vogue, Elle, Nylon, Forbes, and the New York Times.
